blue berry muffins

Ingredients
Flour 1 cup Wheat Germ 1 cup baking soda 4 tsp 1 egg apple raspberry apple sauce 113 grams or small snack size Soy Milk Fat Free Vanilla 3/4 cup 1 cup of white sugar salt 1/2 tsp Wild Blue berries 3/4 cup
Directions
Add all the dry ingrediants into one bowl and in a seperate bowl then add all wet ingrediants and mix. Combine both together and mix well. Fold Blue berries. Makes 11 muffins filled to the top. Bake on 350 for 20 mins until golden brown.

    These are the best muffins ever! Just be sure to use the smaller wild bluberry, the bigger ones add too much moisture to the muffins when they cook but they are still delicious. My 9 and 5 yr old boys loved them! - 8/15/12
