Tater Tot Casseroe

1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained; 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can campbell's cheddar cheese soup, 1 can Butter Kernel Whole Kernal Corn (15 oz can), and about 1/4 cup milk (I use 1%) and about 3/4 package of mini tater tots.
Brown ground beef. Add all other ingredients except tater tots. Put in 9x13 pan. Cover with tater tots. Bake at 375 for 30-35 min or until bubbly, and tots are crunchy.
