All-Bran Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour2 cups All-Bran cereal1/2 cup Splenda1 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 1/4 cups 1% milk1/4 cup Eggbeaters2 bananas (mashed)dash cinnamon and vanilla (optional)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix 2 cups All-Bran with the milk for 5 minutes to soften. Mash banana before adding to mix. Mix all together. Spray muffin tin with Pam and bake at 400 F for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
