Janet's Mushroom Beef Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef (97/3)8 oz button mushrooms, very finely chopped.25 large onion, very finely chopped3 Tbps parsley, chopped1 Tbps. garlic powder2 Tbps. butter4 tsp. worcestershire sauce1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions
Saute the mushrooms, onion and garlic powder in the butter until soft. Allow to cool. Lightly beat egg and add to mushroom mixture. Add flax meal, parsley and worcestshire sauce. Salt and pepper as needed. Mix the ground beef into the mushroom mixture with hands until well combined.

Divide into 6 equal portions, and cook in same skillet as the mushrooms, spraying lightly with cooking spray if needed.

I made 3 burgers with it and saved the remaining to make stuffed peppers or cabbage rolls.
