8oz no or low-fat cream cheese, softened½ cup no-fat sour cream¼ cup light mayo1 cup salsa½ green pepper, diced1 very small onion, chopped1 tomato, diced2 cups shredded mozzarella or marble cheese (low fat)
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo together. Spread on bottom of dish. Layer salsa, green pepper, onion, tomato, and finally cheese (in order).
Serve with nacho chips.
