Biscuit Pizza Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (93% lean)1 cup onion1 jar Healthy Choice Garlic & Herb1/2 tsp dried basil3 cloves garlic1 tsp Italian Seasoning2 cans (7.5 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits1.25 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Makes 8 servings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a skillet, brown meat and onion over medium heat
Stir in spaghetti sauce, basil, garlic and Italian Seasoning (add extra veggies and pepperoni if you want-calories not figured)
Cut biscuits into quarters, add to mixture. Stir gently until biscuits are covered with sauce.
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish, spoon mixture into dish
Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are done.
