Mango, Craisins & Tomato Salsa Over Mahi Mahi

Ingredients
1 Ripe Mango4 Roma Tomatoes (about 1 1/2 cups)1/4 c. Craisins1/2 c. Green Onions (white & green - 1/4" diced)2 cloves minced garlic1 jalepeno, thinly sliced - seeds removedLime juice from 2 limes2 Tbs. Honey1/2 c. Fresh cilantro, chopped1/2 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce2 tsp chili powderSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
For the Salsa:
Prepare the mango - peel and remove the meat from the seed - dice and place in mixing bowl
Dice plum tomatoes and add to mango
Add green onions, garlic, jalapenos (1 or 2 depending on how hot you like it), limejuice, cilantro, salt, pepper, Louisiana Hot Sauce and chili powder. Mix together and set aside.

For the fish:
Season fish and broil 5 minutes each side or until fish is cooked.
Place on a serving dish and top with Mango Salsa.
