Ingredients
Garlic, 1 tsp fat free sour cream, 2 tbsp Green Chili Peppers, 2 tbs Black Olives, sliced,1 tbsOnions, 2 tbsp choppedChili powder, 1 tsp 1 can diced tomatoesYellow Corn, 1 cup Beans, black, 1 cup (canned)Salsa, 3 tbsp 3 Skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into strips
Directions
1.In a crockpot dump in all the ingredients and simmer all day (or 7 hours).
2.Serve and enjoy!

    i jus made this with a few variations, ie no beans(not a fan). it has only 8 carbs, and 108 calories a serving. cant wait to try this with some fat free tostito's. will definatly rate when i try it.......tried it and it was not my cup of tea, not bad, jus not for me. - 2/10/10
