Szechuan Beef and Snow Peas

1 pound sirloin steak, sliced into 1/4 inch strips1 teaspoon garlic powderSalt, to tasteGround Pepper, to taste1 tsp olive oil4 cups snow peas (one bag fresh snow peas)1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 2 to 3 cloves)2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil1/4 cup bottled Szechuan stir fry sauce
In a large bowl, combine the steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and toss to combine.
Add olive oil to a large non-stick skillet or wok over high heat. Add snow peas and garlic and cook, stirring until garlic is soft and snow peas are crisp-tender. Remove from pan and set aside, covering to keep warm.
Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. When oil is hot, add half the steak and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Transfer steak to bowl with peas and garlic. Repeat with remaining meat and sesame oil. Return all the steak and vegetables to the pan and then remove from heat. Add the sauce and mix well to coat.
