Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove) * *Ronzoni, Healthy Harvest Spaghetti, 8 oz (remove) * Sugar Snap Peas, 3 oz, 9 oz (remove) * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove) * *Honey, 2 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 2 cloves (remove) * Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove) * *Peanut Butter, chunk style, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
grill chicken, cube.
cook spaghetti, drain
combine soy, honey, garlic, ginger & peanut butter
combine chicken, peapods & spaghetti
toss w/soy & peanut butter sauce
makes 4 servings

    Mmm, very good! The flavors mixed together in this dish are wonderful - next time I'll try it with whole grain penne so it's easier to toss. - 1/18/09
