Ingredients
chop all seeds and oats and bake for 5 mins under the grill, making sure not to burn. Chop all ingredients and combine.Melt butter, honey and sugar in saucepan. Pour into dry ingredients and stir together. Press into a 28 cm slice tray. Let cool, then slice into servings.
