Margo's Other Waffles

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Promise, Light Margarine, 1 teaspoon Splenda, 2 tsp Skim Milk, 2 cup Egg, 2 (Seperated)
Directions
Beat egg white in a small bowl until stiff. Set aside. Sift dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Add egg yolk, milk and butter to the dry ingredients and beat together thoroughly. Fold in egg whites. Do not over mix.
