1 T olive Oil1 1/2 pounds lean pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips15 oz can unsweetened pineapple chunks1/2 cups water1/3 cups rice wine vinegar1/4 cups packed brown sugar2 Tbsn Corn Starch1/2 tsp table salt1 Tblsn low sodium soy sauce2 medium green peppers, sliced1 small onion, sliced3 cups cooked brown rice, kept warm
