Ingredients
Golden Roasted Flax Seed, 1 cupSteel Cut Oats, dry,1/2 cupSunflower Seeds, without salt, 1/4 cupSafflower Oil, linoleic, 1/8 cupAgave Nectar, 1/8 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and then put on a cookie sheet flattened out. Cook on in the oven at 300 for about 15 minutes. Stir half way through cooking. Turn off oven and let cool in the oven. Once completely cool scoop off pan and put into container. Each serving is 2 tablespoons. YUM!
