    Good basic recipe that can be easily altered to taste with available ingredients. For example, we substituted New Mex chiles for chipotle and used more mango and less salt. Refrigeration for several hours adds flavor. Hey Yellow84, What is the serving size, maybe 1/3 cup??) - 5/31/17
