1 cucumber with peel1 large tomato1/2 C sliced onions1 C light sour creamsalt & peper to taste
cut cucumber into slices, cut tomato into bite size pieces, slice onions thin. Mix in sour cream and salt and peper to taste. put in frige for 1/2 hour for the tastes to blend.
