1 lb lean ground beef1 egg1/4 cup corn flakes1/8 tsp pepper1/2 tsp each seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder1 tsp hp sauce1 tbsp oil1 cup chop onion2 tbsp flour1 10 oz can beef broth
In bowl combine ground beef, egg cornflakes, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder hp sauce. mix well. Add chopped onions and oil in pan on medium high heat, Make 6 patties out of combined beef and spices and to onions and oil and cook 4 min per side. remove patties and set aside. lower heat tom medium and add flour. mix until flour thickens, add beef broth a little at a time stirring after each add. when all beef broth has been added and gravy is thick lower heat to medium low add patties and simmer about 15 min. turn patties about half way through
