Ground Turkey and Sausage Meatballs

Ingredients
2 Pork sausage links (casings removed)8 oz ground turkey breast1/2 cup egg sustitute1/4 cup grated cheese1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tbsp dried parsley2 tbsp bread crumbs (seasoned)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together. Form into 15 meatballs. Put on a baking sheet and bake until done. Makes 5 servings. Enjoy!!
Can also be cooked by dropping the raw meatballs into a pot of tomato sauce and simmer until they are cooked through.
