Pepper Steak and Penne

Ingredients
1 lb steak cut into strips2 minced garlic cloves3 tbsp hoi sin sauce2 tsp vegetable oil1/4 tsp black pepper3 bell peppers (pick variety of colors) slivered10 oz beef boullion or consomme1/4 c. light soy sauce3 tbsp corn starch1/4 tsp tabasco1/2 pkg whole wheat penne
Directions
Cook penne according to package directions.

Stir fry steak, garlic and Hoi sin in oil in skillet until beef is browned. Sprinkle with black pepper. Add bell pepper slivers and boullion. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.

Combine soy, corn starch and tabasco in a small cup--mix well. Add to beef mixture and stir often until sauce thickens.

Serve over penne.
