Eggless Salmon Cakes

1 - 7oz can of salmon1/4 cup of stuffing mix1/4 cup of diced onion1/4 cup of diced/stewed tomatoes1/4 teaspoon of seasoning salt3 tablespoon of juice from the tomatoes3 tablespoon of water
Combine salmon, onion, tomatoes and seasoning salt.
Combine stuffing mix and water. Then add juice from tomatoes.
Let stand for 5 - 10 minutes.
Weigh 2oz of mixture and shape into patties. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool. May be served with a dipping sauce.
