Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 cup, solid or chunks
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 3 strips
    Oatmeal
    Egg white, 1 large
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Honey Mustard, 1 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup
    Pepper & Salt to taste
    Microwave cooked Acorn Squash - mashed
    Oven Roasted Brussels

Directions

Mix onion, peppers with the tuna. Mix the honey mustard with the egg whites and add to tuna, onion and peppers. Add oatmeal and mix. Form into 4 patties.
Heat skillet on med. high with 1 TBS olive oil.
Saute about 4-5 min. per side.
Serving Suggestion: Serve on top of mashed acorn squash with oven roasted brussel sprouts.

    I am so confused. There were ingredients that were listed but not used in the recipe and there were ingredients in the recipe that were not in the list! I am attempting to make the tuna patties and hope they turn out even though I wasn't really sure what to put in them. - 11/14/11

    Sorry about that. I've revised and hopefully it makes sense. I used the ingredients available on Spark drop down list and it didn't offer my alternatives.

    Good
    Little difficult to follow receipe, no idea how much oatmeal, was messy to make patties. But was worth the effort and would do again. Might add more spice but that is a personal choice - 5/20/09
