Roasted Pecans and Raisins

Ingredients
2 t Pumpkin Pie Spice1 T Sea Salt2 T Olive Oil16 oz bag of Raw Pecans1.5 oz box of Raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

On a deep cookie pan, spread out pecans. Bake for 10 minutes.

Take out of oven, drizzle olive oil over nuts. Add spice, salt and raisins. With a spatula or spoon, mix on pan until everything is evenly coated.

I separate servings into sandwich or snack bags for an easy grab later.

Makes 24 servings.
