Spinach and Mushroom Stuffed Tilapia

Ingredients
4- 5oz Tilapia Fillets2 Tbs Light Mayo1 Tbs Margarine2 Cup Spinach Chopped.5 Cup Mushrooms Chopped2 TBS Lime Juice6 Tbs Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
Directions
Place the tilapia bottom up on a baking sheet. Combine all the other ingredients together in a bowl. After it's mixed well, put a spoonful the mixture on the tilapia and turn it over tucking the ends under so it is rolled up. (Using a toothpick is helpful). Use whatever of the "stuffing mixture" that you have leftover and put it on the top of the fillets.

Bake the tilapia at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 4 tilapia fillets.
