Ingredients
1 ib tialapia1 bunch fresh spinach2 garlic cloves chopped1 lg tomato,diced1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp parmesan cheese,grated2 cups mushrooms,pieces or slices
Directions
saute spinach and mushrooms until cooked.
add garlic in last 2 minutes
roll a golf size ball amount of spinach and mushroom mixture in each fillet
plce in cassarole dish,top with diced tomatoe and parm cheese.
bake at 350 *f FOR 25 MINUTES(UNTIL FISH IS FLAKY)
