Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 medium banana (frozen)3 large strawberries (frozen) - can substitute for frozen mixed berries1 cup of soy milk
Directions
In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend on slow speed, stopping to stir if needed, until texture is smooth.

One serving makes two cups.

Note: Instead of tossing out overly ripe bananas, simply peel, half, and freeze them in snack baggies for easy access!
