Quinoa Pasta and veggies

Ingredients
4 oz. of quinoa pasta (speghetti style)2 tbls canola oil1.5 cups chopped zucchini1.5 cups summer squash.5 cups shopped onion1 cup chopped frozen broccoli.5 cup chopped tomatoparm. cheese
Directions
fix pasta according to package dirctions
set aside.
heat oil in large skillet, add onion, then squash and zucchini. cook for about 5 min. then add broccoli. cook another 5 min then add tomatoes and cook till tomatoesare warm. toss in pasta and sprinkle with cheese.

I am single and cook for one. So this was enough for about 3 - 2 cup servings
