chicken liver and onion in a cider lemon saute

Ingredients
* Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Chicken Livers, 453 grams (remove) * Cider Vinegar, .25 cup (remove) * *Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove) * Chicken Broth, 6 fl oz (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) * *ground corriander, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Cumin ground, 1 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, minced 3 tsp Onion sliced
Directions
saute onion in oilive oil, then add garlic, then liver.
Cook liver half way then add broth, vinegar and spices.
When fully cooked add lemon juice.
