1 1b skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" x 2" strips 1/2 c Franks hot sauce 3 TBSP canola oil 3 c. panko bread crumbs
Whisk oil and hot sauce together in shallow bowl. dip chicken strips in sauce and then roll in bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with canola oil spray.
bake at 425 for 18-20 minutes until golden brown, turning once halfway through baking time.
