Jillian's Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients
32 oz freshly ground turkey28 oz tomato sauce (no salt added)1 large onion 2 tbsp paprika3 cloves garlic3 tsp thyme, fresh6 fl oz. red wine 1 cup reduced fat sour cream1 cup raw brown rice12 cups savoy cabbage, fresh, shredded
Directions
Cook rice in 1 1/2 cups of water until tender - add more water if required.
While rice cooks, brown ground turkey in a large non stick pot.
Add finely chopped onion and garlic. Add thyme and paprika.
Stir in tomato sauce and wine. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Steam cabbage until tender, add to turkey mixture, stiring well.
Stir in cooked rice.
Add sour cream, stir well, then pour mixture into large pan, cover with foil and bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Great the next day too!
