Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1/3 C. Stir Fry Sauce ( I used Szechuan Stir Fry Sauce, very spicy!)1 Bunch Broccoli1 Bell Pepper (Any Color)1 Minced Clove of Garlic1 lb. Chicken cut into strips1 Medium Onion, sliced1 Bag (16oz) Frozen Stir Fry Veggies1 C. Long Grain Rice - Cooked
Directions
Saute Chicken and Onion. While that cooks, steam broccoli and bell pepper. (steam bags work well in the microwave!)
Cut up rest of veggies.
Add Stir Fry Sauce to Chicken and Onions, cook about 5 minutes.
Add rest of veggies. Stir everything together, cook until veggies are done. Add soy sauce if necessary!

Serve with rice!
