Ingredients
1 cup (8 oz) fat free ricotta cheese1/2 cup (4 oz) fat free shredded mozzarella1/2 cup (4 oz) shredded Parmesan cheese1 egg, slightly beatenItalian seasonings to taste1/2 cup (4 oz) Marinara sauce, or sauce of choice.
Directions
Mix cheeses and seasonings into slightly beaten egg.
Pour into a lightly greased casserole or 4 smaller ramekins.

Pour sauce evenly over top.
Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
