Betsy's Meat Spaghetti with Mushrooms

1 tbsp. vegetable oil.2 (4oz) cans of Mushrooms Pieces & Stems, drained and dry2 lbs. Ground Chuck1 Med Yellow Onion, diced2 Cloves Garlic, minced3 (15 oz.) cans of Tomato Sauce2 (14.5 oz) cans of Diced Tomatoes2 lbs. Dry Pasta
Heat vegetable oil in an extra- large skillet or dutch oven on High heat until just smoking then add mushrooms. Turn heat down to medium-high. cook untill mushrooms shrink slightly. Add 1 teaspoons salt. Continue to cook untill they have a nice sear. Add ground chuck and cooked until browned. Drain all put 2 tablespoons fat.
Add onion and cook untill softened and edges have become transparent. Add garlic and cook untill fragrant. Add all the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 20-30 minutes.
When you add tomatoes In a large pot bring 4 qts of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon salt and 2 lbs. of pasta. Cook untill done. Mix all together or serve seperately.
