Ingredients
Quaker Quick minute Oatmeal plain w/water, 2 cup Almond Butter - MaraNatha, 8 tbsp Gold Standard 100% Whey (Extreme Milk Chocolate), 4 serving *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., .5 serving Water, tap, .5 serving Knead all ingredient together, put in wax paper lined pan. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. Cut and serve.
