Protein Waffles

Ingredients
Nonfat milk 1/2 cBaking powder-1 tspEgg white-1Quaker Quick oats (not the single package) 1/2 cupDesigner Whey protein powder-1 scoopMix everything all at once.
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Pour into a preheated waffle maker sprayed with nonstick spray and cook for about 5 minutes or until it stops steaming. Serve immediately with sugar free syrup. I have used strawberry protein as well as vanilla.

Optional
You could add artificial sweetener to the mix as well as a few berries and 1 tsp of cocoa to the batter before baking. You could also experiment with different forms of protein powder. Without the powder and only 2 tbsp of milk, this makes a pancake.

Yield-1 full sized waffle-all 4 segments is one serving.
