4 pita bread loafs1 can of chicken (10.5 oz)1/2 medium onion, chopped1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped1/4 large cucumber, peeled and chopped1/2 can of tomatoes (with juice)8 tbsp of tzatziki sauce
* Combine the chicken, peppers, onions and tomatoes in a skillet over medium heat and saute until the peppers are tender-crisp, the onions are translucent and everything is heated throughout.
* Cut each pita loaf in half.
* Fill each half with 1/8 chicken and veggies mixture.
* Top with the chopped cucumbers and tzatziki sauce.
