Ground Beef wih Meddley of Vegetables

Ingredients
1/2 Carrots, raw sliced1/2 Butternut Squash,sliced3 Medium Potato sliced1/2 Red Ripe Tomatoes,1 Stalk Celery9 0z Ground beef1 tsp Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry1 tsp Curry powder1 tbsp Kraft Real Mayo1/4 Cheddar Cheese shredded topping4 figs Broccoli decorating1-1 1/2 cups Water, tap, 1 tsp thyme, fresh,Salt to taste if required
Directions
Prepare meat in a skillet seasoned to taste.
Combined vegetables and other ingrediance in a bowl. Add ground beef.
Lightly greased a 9" pie dish pour vegatables and minced beef in to dish. Allowed to bake for 55 minutes at mark 3 or 325 degrees. Garnished with tomato wedges, brocolli and sprinkle with cheese. Allow 5 minutes to finish.
