Ingredients
2lbs 93% lean turkey or beef2 cups oatmeal, uncooked4 egg whites16 oz Francisco Renaldi tobe spaghetti sauce1 large onion4 tbs. basil4 tbs. oregano4 tbs. garlic powder2 tbs. black pepper
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl

2. Divide into 2 loaves

3. Bake at 350, for 60min

    I love meatloaf! This was so easy to fix. I used half turkey and half beef. Instead of 4 egg whites, I used 2 whites and 2 whole eggs. It was soooo good! I was surprised that it called for spaghetti sauce and think that I may try it with tomato sauce, but this is a winner just like it is!!!! - 3/10/10
