Cinnamon Raisin Granola

Ingredients
1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup honey 1 tsp cinnamon1.5 tsp vanilla4 cups oats1 cup coconut1 cup raisins
Directions
Bring oil, sugar, honey, and cinnamon to a boil, add vanilla; mix with oats and coconut in baking pan; bake @ 350, 15-20 minutes. Add raisins.
