Brian's Beef Lasagna

Ingredients
Skim Milk 860gms, 100gm Plain Flour, 100gm Butter100gm chopped Onion tsp Garlic, 800gm mince, 1060gm Crushed Tomato, seasoning300gm Instant Lasagna Pasta Sheets200gm Grated Light N Tasty Cheese
Directions
White Sauce
Melt butter in heavy based saucepan add flour, mix while cooking on high heat 3 minutes, stir in 1/3 milk beat untill thick and smooth add rest of milk bring to boil beat regularly till smooth add 200 ml of water and bring to boil should be thinish sauce consistancywhen ready. Let cool
Meat Sauce
In large saucepan fry onion, garlic until softenned, add mince and brown then add crushed tomato and 200ml of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes stiring occasionally, let cool
Lasagna
Spray lasagna tray with light film of olive oil spray
Spoon in 1/3rd of Meat sauce top with 100gm of pasta, 500gm of white sauce, 1/3rd meat sauce, 100gm pasta, white sauce, last 1/3rd meat sauce, 100gm pasta top with last of white sauce and sprinkle cheese evenly across top
Bake in 180c oven for 20 minutes, let cool. Once cool cut into 15 portions and freeze as required. Enjoy!
