Ingredients
6 Lean Pork Chops1 Beef Rice a Roni1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
Directions
Brown Rice a roni according to package and move to a 9x12 pan. Mix Rice a roni with 2 cups water, seasoning package and stewed tomatoes. Brown your pork chops and place on top of the rice and tomatoe mixture. Cover and bake for one hour or until meat is done. I never have a problem with it getting done but I buy thin pork chops
