3 oz whole cashews1 tbsp parkay margarine1/4 cup molasses4 tbsp flax seed2 tsp vanilla2.5 cups quick oats
Combine cashews, flax seed, molasses, margarine and vanilla in a food processor and blend until it has the consitency of penaut butter. Mix with oats. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes mixing every 10 minutes

Did not try another butter substitute - because I have had trouble in the past.
