1/3 cup white flour (I didnīt have any other)1.5 cup shreded zucchini1 cup yellow sweet corn caned2 eggs medim batensalt 1 tspparsley and garlic dried 1 tspchili powder 1 tspBaking Powder, 1 tspOil 1 tsp
Mix flour, salt, baking powder in one bowl. Add the eggs baten. Then add condiments any you prefer I like chili powder and parsley and garlic dried. Now add zuchini and corn. Mix all together.
In a non stic frying pan with very litlle oil poor the mix by spoons cook one side till golden brown and then the other side at low-medium heat. Makes about 8 to 10 pices.
