Vanilla Granola

Ingredients
4 cups oatmeal1 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1 cup applesauce2 tbsp brown sugar4 tsp vanilla2 cups wheat puffs1 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 300F.
Prepare cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
Mix first five ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix applesauce and brown sugar in pan and bring to a simmer.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour into oat mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Pour onto baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer to bowl and let cool completely.
