Mama's Best Salmon Patties

Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can (remove)Hellmann's Mayonaise, 3 tbsp (remove)Egg white, 2 serving (remove)*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.50 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Mushrooms, canned, .25 cup (remove)*Onions, dehydrated flakes, 1 tbsp (remove)
Mix all ingredients together well. Use ice cream scoop to measure for size of patty. One heaping scoop will make approx 8 patties. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Place patties in skillet and heat until browned on both sides, approx 5 minutes per side, and heated throughout.
