Pork & Butter Beans

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Lean Pork Chops, 1 lb, Cut into 1" piecesOnions, 1 small, dicedGarlic, 1 clove, mincedCabbage, 1 cup, chopped Canned Butter Beans, 15.5oz can, drained & rinsedMushrooms, 4oz can, drainedCaraway Seed, 1/4tspSalt & Pepper to Taste
Directions
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook until browned (about 5 minutes). Remove pork from skillet and lower heat to medium. Add garlic, cabbage, and onion. Cook until veggies begin to soften (3-5 minutes). Add mushrooms, beans, and caraway seeds and toss in skillet until warmed (another 1-2 minutes). Return pork to skillet to warm. Serve immideately. Makes approx. six 4oz servings.
