Crab-stuffed Portabella Mushroom Caps

2 large Portabella mushroom caps; fins & stem removed8 oz imitation crab meat2 pcs wheat melba toast1/8 C Eggbeaters3 Tbl Miracle Whip Light Dressing.5 oz Romano cheese, grated1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp minced onion.5 tsp Old Bay Seasoning.5 tsp dry mustardPaprika
Clean fins out of mushroom caps and remove stem. Set aside. Mix all other ingredients together well. I used my Magic Bullet to partially puree the "stuffing" mix. Place 1/2 of this mixture inside each mushroom cap. Top with a little Romano cheese and Paprika. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
