Homemade Macaroni 'n Cheese

Ingredients
2 C. cooked macaroni (12 - 16 oz. box)1 large egg, beaten2 C. milk2 T melted butter2 1/2 C. shredded cheddar salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cook macaroni al dente (a 5 minute low boil for elbow macaroni). Whisk egg and milt together. Add butter and cheese, and stir. Pour macaroni in 2 QT baking dish and stir in the cheese mixture, mix through. Press mixture evenly around the dish. Bake uncovered 30 - 40 minutes or until top is brown.
