Turkey/beef meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground turkey1 lb lean ground beef2 lg. eggs1/2 c. or to your desire, sliced bread, chopped or bread crumbs2.5 oz. mozzarella cheeseMix first 4 ingred. together. Salt and pepper to taste. use half of mixture and place in loaf pan, sprinkle cheese down center, then top with other half of mixture. Mix ketchup and jerk sauce together and spread on top of loaf.
