AllBran Muffin Lower Carb

Ingredients
1 1/2 c AllBran Cereal1/4 c Splenda1 tbsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Salt1/4 c Quaker Oat Bran Cereal3/4 c ground Almonds1 1/4 c Skim Milk1 lg egg1/4 c Safflower Oil
Directions
Mix all ingredents well. Line 12 muffin cups, bake at 350* for 15-20min or until tooth pick come out clean.

This can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
