Combine all three ingredients in a sauce pan, cook over medium for approximately 10 minutes.

You sort of lost me at the 1st ingredient - a can of soup.
You totally lost me at the 2nd ingredient - what is it? Where would I get it? Is the crumbles some sort of soya mince?
If so - make this yourself with your own veg, tinned tomato is fine, and your own seasonings, rather than a can of soup - 9/27/12
